Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
COVID-19 has resulted in significant disruption in international airfreight movements. Some international services may not be available, and all international shipments will be significantly delayed.
We seek your understanding during this difficult time globally.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $5 flat rate shipping to Singapore only.
Local delivery
If you offer local delivery or in-store pickup to customers in your area, you can dedicate a section of your shipping policy page to explain the process or create a separate shipping page specifically for local customers.
Free local delivery is available for orders over SGD$100. For orders under SGD$100, we charge SGD$5 for local delivery.
In-store pickup
We do not offer in-store pickup.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping more than 220 countries. Please refer to Singpost for international postal services updates here.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Crystamour is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@crystamour.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Most overseas destinations accept items addressed to PO Box addresses. For more details, you can refer to the Singpost Service Guide here.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
